Visual inspection standard for titanium plate
1. Titanium plate shall not be layered.
2. If there are special requirements for appearance quality, they can be negotiated by both parties.
3. The hot rolled surface of titanium plate shall be smooth and clean. Plates are allowed to be supplied with acid alkali washing, sand blasting and sanding surfaces.
4. The titanium plate surface shall be free of cracks, peeling, oxide skin, folding, metal and non-metal clips, and alkali washing traces.
5. The titanium plate is allowed to remove local defects along the rolling direction, but the thickness of the removed plate shall not be less than the minimum allowable thickness.
6. Slight darkening and local water stains are allowed on the titanium plate surface; It is allowed to have local defects such as scratches, indentations and pits that do not exceed the allowable thickness deviation.
